| Abstrak | Skripsi yang berjudul “Analisis Penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) menggunkan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Pada Mesin Raw Meal Guna Meningkatkan Efisiensi Di PT. Sinar Tambang Arthalestari (SEMEN BIMA)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan TPM, dengan menganalisis nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yang didasarkan pada faktor availability, performance dan rate of quality, guna mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab menurunnya efektivitas mesin di PT. SINAR TAMBANG ARTHALESTARI (SEMEN BIMA). Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisis penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) yang diawali dengan menganalisis availability, performance, rate of quality dan nilai OEE, serta diakhiri dengan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab menurunnya efektivitas mesin.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang sudah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa (1) Perawatan mesin belum optimal. (2) Hasil perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) pada mesin raw meal PT. Sinar Tambang Arthalestari masih berada di bawah standar JIPM yaitu sebesar 85% (3) Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya downtime and breakdown mesin yang menjadi prioritas utama adalah autonomous maintenance kurang berjalan baik dan penjadwalan penggantian komponen belum efektif,mesin sering breakdown, komponen mesin mudah aus, mesin kotor, dan melakukan set up mesin tidak benar, kebersihan mesin kurang. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah Melakukan pengecekan kesiapan mesin dengan teliti pada saat sebelum dan sesudah digunakan.Memberikan pengetahuan dasar pada operator untuk memperbaiki titik rawan breakdown.Melakukan pengecekkan berkala untuk memastikan setting mesin dilakukan dengan benar.Melakukan predictive maintenance pada mesin. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The Thesis entitled "Analysis Implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) On Raw Meal Machine To Increase Efficiency In PT. Sinar Tambang Arthalestari (SEMEN BIMA) ". The purpose of this research is to determine the application of TPM, by analyzing the value of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) based on the availability, performance and rate of quality, in order to determine the factors that cause the decline of machinery inPT. Sinar Tambang Arthalestari (SEMEN BIMA). The method used is qualitative descriptive by analyzing the application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) which begins by analyzing the availability, performance, rate of quality and OEE value, and ended by analyzing the factors that cause the decrease of the effectiveness of the machine. Based on the results of research and analysis has been done indicate that (1) Maintenance of machine is not optimal. (2) Result of calculation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) at raw meal machine are still below the JIPM standard of 85% (3) The factors that cause the downtime and breakdown of the machine are the main priority is the autonomous maintenance is not running well and the scheduling of replacement components has not been effective, the machine is often breakdown, worn out, dirty machine, and do not set up the machine properly, machine cleanliness is less. The implication of this research is to check the readiness of the machine carefully before and after use. Provide basic knowledge to operators to improve breakdown-prone points. Perform regular checks to make sure the machine settings are done correctly. Doing predictive maintenance on the machine. |
