| Abstrak | Prospek agribisnis kelapa di Indonesia sangat baik karena ketersediaannya yang melimpah dan dapat dihasilkan berbagai macam produk. Salah satunya adalah nata de coco yang dihasilkan dari air kelapa melalui proses fermentasi. UD Family Coco adalah salah satu industri rumah tangga pengolahan air kelapa menjadi nata de coco. Bahan baku air kelapa diperoleh dari petani dengan sistim kemitraan. Produk nata de coco yang dihasilkan tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan dari perusahaan yang telah bekerja sama dengan UD Family Coco. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat persediaan produk nata de coco untuk mengantisipasi saat permintaan dari perusahaan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Mengetahui jumlah persediaan nata de coco yang dimiliki UD Family Coco sesuai dengan kebutuhan, 2) Menganalisis tingkat persediaan pengaman atau safety stock nata de coco pada UD Family Coco, dan 3) Mengetahui biaya persediaan nata de coco UD Family Coco. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan metode studi kasus di UD Family Coco Desa Jatisari Kecamatan Kedungreja Kabupaten Cilacap berlangsung mulai tanggal 5 April 2018 sampai dengan 5 Mei 2018. Analisis data menggunakan model perhitungan Total Cost dan perhitungan persediaan pengaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa untuk periode Januari sampai Desember 2017, 1) Jumlah persediaan nata de coco yang dimiliki UD Family Coco tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Jumlah total nata de coco sebanyak 2.557.447 kilogram dengan rata-rata setiap bulannya 213.121 kilogram sedangkan permintaan setiap bulannya mencapai 220.000 kilogram nata de coco, 2) UD Family Coco memiliki tingkat persediaan pengaman atau safety stock nata de coco sebesar 4.582 kilogram, dan 3) Biaya persediaan nata de coco pada UD Family Coco sebesar Rp47.851.120,00 |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The prospect of agribusiness in Indonesia for coconut products is promising due to the huge availability of the coconuts which can be produced into various products. One of them is nata de coco which produced from the fermentation process of coconut water. UD Family Coco is one of home industry that produced nata de coco. At First, the coconut waters as the main materials are gained through partnership with local farmers. UD Family Coco also has become the supplier of Nata De Coco for several companies. Due to the inability of UD Family Coco to meet the demand of Nata de Coco for the company, a research to investigate the level of Nata de Coco supplies of UD Family Coco in order to anticipate the increasing demand of the company. The purpose of this research is 1). To know the number of nata de coco supplies produced by UD family coco to meet the company needs, 2 ) To analyze levels of supplies safety or safety stock of nata de coco in UD family coco, and 3 ) To know the cost of nata de coco supplies UD family coco. Research is conducted using case study method in UD family coco which located in jatisari village Kedungreja District, Cilacap Regency from april 5th 2018 to May 5th 2018. Data analysis used is the model calculation of total cost and the calculation of safety stock. The results of the study indicated that for the period of January until December of 2017 , 1) the number of Nata de Coco inventories was not able to meet the demand. The total of Nata de Coco Supplies is 2.557.447 kilograms and the average per month was calculated 213.121 kilograms while the demand per month was 220.000 kilograms, 2) UD Family coco has the level of safety stock about 4.582 kilograms , and 3) the cost inventories of UD Family Coco was Rp47.851.120,00. |
